DEVELOPMENT
These maps shows our 3 phases of residential and 2 phases of industrial growth. The first residential phase is complete with the second phase currently being developed. Planning has begun on the third phase. Each residential phase will house 40-50,000 new residents. The first phase industrial business park is at 80% capacity and will welcome our short-term industrial growth. A secondary plan is being done on the second phase business park which will provide for our longer term industrial growth.
